Refund & Cancellation

All payments are made via UPI and become active only after admin approval. Once approved, your plan validity begins automatically and the expiry date is calculated from that moment.

Refund requests are reviewed by the Lovila admin team on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will generally not be granted in the following cases:

• Accounts suspended or cancelled for violation of our Terms or Community Guidelines.
• Plans that have already been substantially used (e.g. matches viewed, sessions availed).
• Payments made without full admin verification of the account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to lovila.support@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
